Hatha Yoga

Manuela applies yoga as a technique to go on a trip inside the body, to explore yourself within. A combination of basic Hatha yoga movements coordinated by the breath, to open different blockages, build strength and allow the energy circulate around the body, having a revitalizing effect. Recommended for beginners.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga, also known as the yoga of awareness, uncoils the infinite creative potential within. Through a combination of dynamic postures, exercises, breath, mantra-sounds and meditation; each system of the body (muscular, glandular, digestive, circulatory) is stimulated, balanced and integrated to enhance our experience and abundance as more conscious human beings while sustaining us in releasing blockages caused by negative attitudes or feelings.  We tap into the kundalini energy within us, that dormant energy that lies at the base of the spine, which when activated, opens the body, cleanses the mind, uplifts the spirit and connects us with our higher consciousness, our boundlessness.

Aqua Body Sculpting

This flowing water based workout focuses on muscular toning and definition through core-stability work, using floatation equipment. While developing strength, flexibility and body awareness, these specific water movements are also very supportive for those with back problems, weak joints, serious injuries, arthritis and anxiety. A great stimulation of blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, shaping, toning and firming of the body. Very safe and highly beneficial during pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Dynamic Meditation

This class offers a dynamic movement Meditation; a fusion of traditional silent practice and ecstatic dance. It is a powerful tool for healing the body, mind, and heart.  Ecstatic dance helps restore the vital flow of energy in the body and recover lost parts of the soul in the process.  By moving our bodies we are able to connect the physical body-mind-heart and move the soul.  We access spirit as the body-mind-heart connect and, move together in a natural rhythm.
