Elisa Senese has been involved in the delivery of alternative and spa therapies for ten years now and has received in-depth and on-going training that enables her to constantly extend her own skills and understanding of health and wellness modalities. With a solid background in modern dance and body fitness, Elisa's extended education begun in 2000: Avatar Energy Psychology, Reiki Master, Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, Trauma Release, Holistic Esalen Massage, Shamanism, Watsu, Healing Dance, Aqua Wellness and Quantum Metamorphosis.
Elisa works with private clients from all over the world include; high profile artists, business executives, celebrities and medical doctors.
She consults for: The Oberoi, The Aman Group, The Legian Club, Ritz Carlton, Karma, St Regis, The Bale and Hanging Gardens. She is a resident consultant, trainer and therapist at Four Seasons since 2002 and co-creates holistic spa concepts and retreats with Oazia since 2007.

She has been called a Diva way before she was a grown woman. At the same time people called her special. It was her internal light shining. She created 3 dimensional Art, so refined, that she could hardly understand the work herself. It was her internal soul creating. She has studied Drama therapy never knowing why she could read beyond the theoretical that had been handed in her studies. She was a model for 10 years but it wasn’t her external beauty that struck people, but the power of the inner light.

Together with her mother Tatiana Rogova has created the most influential school of interior design in Russia called “Details”, where she is a lecturer and creative adviser. She is a passionate advocate of holistic lifestyle, responsible architecture and healing interior design. She loves to build and to talk about how it should be done. She believes that building a home is an ultimate act of creation, even more than giving birth to a child. Her classes and lectures are far from conventional, guided meditation is used, as are discussions on emotional health and personal priorities.
