OAZIA SPA VILLAS Bali has been created to become

A place where the Guest  feels completely at home. Like in his own private house in Bali.
A place where the Guest feels loved and spoiled like a baby.
A place where the Guest’s life will change for the better – through healing, spa treatments, adventure, good food  and a lot of positive emotions.
A place from where the Guest can explore the beautiful island of Bali and see and experience things that a usual tourist never does.
A place where the Guest will get more aware about the problems of the Planet – and will set out on a path of change together with Oazia.
A place the Guest will never forget

1. A place where the Guest  feels completely at home. Like in his own private house in Bali.

All the villas have been planned and designed as I would design a private house. And actually with quite exact images of the people who will stay in them in my mind. OAZIA WHITE has 4 bedrooms – so it will be home to a big family with people of all possible ages from small children to grandparents. Or a group of friends possibly with different lifestyles and habits. Or a place for retreats – that will mean people who are not even friends with each other but are connected by a common interest. So I tried to make this house very calm in character but with a lot of possibilities for everybody to have a private corner for oneself. A big white bale for a midday nap, a small gazebo for kids to play in and even have their dinners and breakfasts also with a secret garden corner with a big stone bathtub and hammocks under the palm trees, an antique Javanese jogglo for very private midnight talks, a couple of sofas on the bridge for listening to the music of the river, and of course a big dining pavilion for beautiful   dinners together. OAZIA AQUA has 2 bedrooms – so it is either a family with several children or four friends who will live there. In both cases they will want to spent most of the time together – and enjoy it. So I tried to lead their lives in as diverse directions as possible – and make it really colorful with the help of tropical flowers. There is a place for breakfasts in the morning sun, a living room to watch movies in the evening or drink a couple of bottles of wine, a dining place and another living room for bigger parties – as it’s so easy to make new friends in Bali. I really would love the guests to be the proud hosts. OAZIA ORCHID is one bedroom which is simple and clear – a couple. And any couple in this world needs romance, privacy and love. For me the colours of romance are light shades of green, pink and white. And also romance needs movement and change. So there is a corner of the garden with a breakfast table in the middle of a bamboo jungle, a private spa garden with an open air bathroom and white linen curtains, a roof top terrace with a sunset view over the rice fields and of course a big beautiful bedroom with a four poster bed.

2. A place where the Guest feels loved and spoiled like a baby.

The Guest at Oazia is regarded as a loved family member. Undepending of the age - like a little sister or brother , like our child who needs loving care and attention. Even before the Guest arrives at Oazia we find out what he likes to have for breakfast, what kind of music he listens to. We plan the holiday for everybody personally, the trips, spa treatments, beach picnics, nights out, meeting people of Bali, anything actually. Any kind of request is satisfied. With a loving smile. All staff feels personally responsible for the smile on the face of our Guest and is ready to help in all situations. And we never miss a chance to make a pleasant surprise, light a hundred candles around the pool, cover the bed with flower petals or bake a chocolate cake for breakfast for the kids. All staff is encouraged to have personal contact with the Guest and  some of them  become our good friends for years to come. 

3. A place where the Guest’s life will change for the better – through healing, spa treatments, adventure, good food  and a lot of positive emotions.

Oazia villas are spa villas. My very deep belief is that a good spa treatment is a beautiful and pleasant way to find our real self and to heal it. I also believe that a spa treatment – especially holistic healing treatment – can change one’s life. As it has many times changed mine. I also believe that the World is now in a stage when change is needed. Of course to change the world one have to start with oneself. We offer the guest as wide choice of spa, healing, yoga and private consultations with astrologists, nutritioners, life coachers as we can. We invite the best practitioners in Bali to meet our guest. We are proud to work together with people in our big Oazia spa team as they are truly masters of their art. We encourage the Guest to find happiness in his life. We support the guest in difficult moments of the transformation. We understand that the process of change can be a hard one and offer our loving care at any moment. We also offer adventure trips to places which will have a deep impact on the Guest – like the farm in the mountains where people try to get back to the basic and beautiful way of life. Or Green school – a project of amazing beauty and integrity. We invite Balinese priests to make special ceremonies for our Guests – even though many of them are not religious at all. We take special care of such simple and important thing as food – using only organic product, baking our own bread, preparing delicious meals in accordance with the guest’s diet requirements and doshas combination and of course with love.

4. A place from where the Guest can explore the beautiful island of Bali and see and experience things that a usual tourist never does.

I have traveled a lot. I have been in most Asian countries – actually all of them except Vietnam and Japan, and can say for sure that Bali is a unique tourist destination. It has so much to offer to the visitors in terms of culture, religion, nature, shopping or dining, as no other place in the world. We try to show the Guest as much as possible of all the choices and to share our own love for Bali. We know the best beaches, the most stunning views, the best restaurants, and very private homes of very special people. We show the life of the island which the usual tourist never gets to see. We take the Guest to beach barbecues in a fishermen village, to a private designer’s boudoir, to a dinner with the royal family, to mystical ceremonies, to unique architectural projects. We know where is the best jazz music, the best dj’s playing, the gallery opening or a dance performance. We arrange surfing lessons, fishing trips, treks and mountain biking. We encourage the Guest to be a traveler not a tourist. 

5. A place where the Guest will get more aware about the problems of the Planet – and will set out on a path of change together with Oazia.

During the last years one of the biggest issues all around the world is environment. Personally I am getting more and more troubled by it, and feel more and more responsible for the health of the Planet. While living in Moscow with its 12 million people and almost as many cars I always felt powerless – I felt that the city is too huge to hear my voice. Bali is an island – a beautiful one – and we at Oazia try to do the best we can to keep it that way. We recycle our – and the whole community’s – garbage. We try to save energy as much as possible and use alternative energy sources, we are very careful about the water we use. Our use of plastic packing is minimal. We hope the Guest shares our concern and together we will change the world. 

6. A place the Guest will never forget.
