TEMPLE

Tucked away in the corner of OAZIA is an ancient Hindu temple built of old stones which are covered with soft green moss. Many Balinese believe this is where the ‘Goddess of Fortune’ makes her home in a tree just above. Depending on the time of year, you may get to experience one of several special ceremonies which are performed here throughout the year. Beautiful offerings are brought to the temple and offered up to the ‘Goddess of Fortune’ with prayers to Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
